Attorney Piscatelli Brigham has represented employees in claims of sexual harassment, discrimination, violation of the Family Medical Leave Act, breach of contract, wrongful termination, violation of the Wage and Hour Act and other employment claims based on federal and state law. She has appeared in cases filed in Federal and State court, the Connecticut Commission of Human Rights and Opportunities, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Department of Labor. Mary has also arbitrated matters with the American Arbitration Association. In addition to litigating employment matters, Attorney Brigham reviews employment contracts and separation agreements to ensure that an employee’s rights are fully protected.

Family Law
Attorney Piscatelli Brigham represents clients with respect to all family matters including divorce, custody, child support, visitation, and prenuptial agreements. She has been trained for, and appointed as, guardian ad litem and attorney for the minor child in a multitude of cases. Mary has litigated cases on behalf of both men and women and prides her representation on the philosphy of resolving cases with a minimum of expense, both emotional and financial, if possible. In the event parties are unable to resolve their case short of litigation, Attorney Piscatelli Brigham serves as a zealous and fully prepared advocate for her client.
